Configuring I-DEAS for PDF output

1. Launch the Printer Administrator GUI and add a printer:
2. Add/Printer Name - PDF File
3. Select/Printer Model: +*SDI PDF:PDF
4. Select any NT/Queue/Local printer on Windows or any LP/Queue/Local printer on UNIX.
5. Click OK to save the newly defined printer.

When you next launch MSPLOT, the printer PDF File defined in step 2. will now be the printer to select when needing to convert to PDF output format.

Important: In the MSPLOT GUI always select Print to Printer Only for PDF File output - a prompt for the filename will be displayed when you click the Print button.
